Description
moglice SMART is a medium-viscosity 2-component bonded coating. It is used for the production of high-precision sliding surfaces. Even complex shapes and structures can be created with a precision in the µm range by means of molding.
moglice SMART can be removed by applying a micro-thin layer of diamond release agent to the mating surface. The result is an exact copy of the workpiece surface. Mechanical reworking of the surface is not necessary. In modern production technology, process times and costs can be reduced many times over.
moglice SMART is supplied in a ready-to-use 2-component cartridge system, which enables safe and contact-free working. The 2-chamber technology with the static mixing spiral eliminates the need for manual mixing and venting of components, effectively reducing working times.
