Your rights under the ACL
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. For major failures, you can choose a refund or replacement and may claim compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is not major, we may choose to repair or replace the goods within a reasonable time.
What to do if there’s an issue
Contact us at sales@interweld.com.au or 07 3823 1004 with order details, description of the issue, and photos/videos if applicable.
We may request that you return the goods for assessment. We will advise instructions and whether return freight will be covered depending on the circumstances.
Assessment and remedies
If goods are confirmed faulty or not as described, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund per the ACL and supplier/manufacturer processes.
If no fault is found or the issue is due to misuse, improper installation, or unreasonable wear and tear, we may return the item to you at your cost.
Change‑of‑mind returns
We do not offer change‑of‑mind returns. This does not affect your rights under the ACL.
Warranty support
Manufacturer warranties may apply in addition to your ACL rights. We assist with warranty claims where we supplied the product.
Proof of purchase
Please provide a receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase.
