Electrical insulation: Contact barrier!
Electrical insulation layers are used to prevent contact between conductor paths, protect against environmental influences and prevent premature ageing. Silicone-based dichtol sealers from DIAMANT significantly improve the dielectric strength of insulation materials – for example thermal layers – and also seal process-related residual porosity and microcracks in the insulation layer with the best possible degree of filling.
The cured product is light and flexible and can therefore optimally compensate for thermal expansion. dichtol is ideal for sealing electrical insulation layers, such as plasma-sprayed ceramic layers (Al2O3).
